Everybody has different challenges that they face on a daily, weekly, and yearly basis. Our mission is to help you realize your goals and start you on the path to achieving them. It is never too late to take the first step to a healthy life! We offer one-on-one personal training and nutrition counseling for healthy living.
You can do much more than you think. Confidence is the key to realizing your healthy living goals. We will help you take small steps that give you confidence to reach your potential.
Whatever you hope to achieve, you must set attainable goals. We want to help you to assess where you are, set new goals, and achieve them.
Changes in your physical health must lead to permanent lifestyle changes. Our hope is to continue to impact your health in a positive way through diet, exercise, and encouragement.
Our trainers are with you every step of the way. It begins with a goal setting and strength assessment session. After setting goals, you and your trainer will begin the journey to good health with a specialized plan for you. Your trainer will safely guide you through all of the exercises
each session. You can do it!
Come be a part of our second annual virtual 5K to benefit HALO (Hope and Life Outreach).
HALO has been serving the tri-community area since 2007. From serving meals on the street, to providing a children and youth center for our younger guests, HALO is committed to providing a hand up, not a handout to those we serve.
This year, our event will last from Friday, November 5 through Sunday, November 7th! All participants will get a t-shirt to remember the day.

At age 35, I am now stronger and in better health than I’ve ever been, and along with dropping my pregnancy weight and completing my race, the benefits are immeasurable. I am better at my job as a massage therapist because of my health and fitness level, and I truly believe that I am better in my other roles as well: I am a better wife and mother because I take my own wellness seriously, and it sets an example for my loved ones.
I continue to see results! I love that Fixer Upper periodically asks if my goals are being addressed and if I want to change anything with my workouts. I’m especially grateful that they take the time to modify workouts based on soreness or pain I am experiencing.With my diet and exercise, I have lost 20 lbs this past year. According to my husband, this is the best I have ever looked! We’ve been married 36 years! Also, my workout last week included a series of burpees.....5 rounds of 12. Just a year ago I couldn’t do one!
I continue to work out at Fixer Upper due to the fact that I feel like I'm part of a family there. Everyone is just extremely pleasant and willing to answer any questions. All of the other clients I work out with are also very friendly, which makes me feel even more comfortable. I have reached a few goals in my year & half at Fixer Upper. I'm much stronger, gained a little weight, and my confidence is through the roof!
